Upper Body Work-Out- As a trainer description of Upper Body Work-Out most or all of the muscle groups of the upper body is the chest, and upper back.
Lower Body Work-Out - As a trainer these are work- outs squats, hip hinges (deadlifts), and lunges, etc.
Glutes with Resistance Bands- As a trainer these are works-out cables kicks back, regular kicks back, deadlifts, and more squats with resistance, etc.
